DAVID DANIELS, II
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW
David is one of the co-founding attorneys at Hills, Daniels, & Associates. David was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. At a young age, David knew he wanted to be an attorney after watching his grandmother struggle to find legal support for his family members. Making it his ultimate goal, David became an attorney so his family would no longer have to search.
David graduated high school at L.W. Higgins High and continued his education at UNO and SUNO. Upon graduating from SUNO, David went on to attend Southern University Law School. With years of experience, David is well versed in many practice areas including Personal injury, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Traffic Violation, and Business Formation. Having prepared and negotiated contracts for Large Companies, and Clerking for Judge D. Nicole Shepard in Civil District Court, David started his own law firm, The Daniels Law Firm, which has since merged to form Hills Daniels and Associates.
LAMONT M. HILLS
ATTORNEY-AT-LAW
Lamont was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He lived most of his life in San Antonio, Texas. As a child, Lamont had an affinity for football. He was blessed with a scholarship to play football for Texas A&M Kingsville where he obtained a Bachelor’s in Criminology. Thereafter, he attended The Southern University Law Center, where he graduated with honors.
Lamont’s legal experience includes judicial clerkships for the Honorable Sandra Cabrina Jenkins at the 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, and the Honorable John Michael Guidry at the 1st Circuit Court of Appeal. From there he went on to represent various “Big” Insurance Companies, learning the tactics of the defense side. He is now able to use that experience to anticipate the strategy and tactics of the insurance companies to maximize results from his clients.
When you hire Lamont for your personal injury needs he funds the case and doesn’t get paid unless you get paid. This dynamic levels the playing field between his clients and the Big Insurance Companies.
